6 things to know

Who this is for: You have an idea, a mood board or a reference style, but not a finished technical design.

  1. 01

    Your brief

Tell us what the shoe is for, who buys it and what it should cost.

    • Reference photos, sketches or a mood board
    • Target customer, market and price
    • Must-have features and materials
    • One of our reference styles as a starting point, if helpful
  2. 02

    Design options

We propose ways to build your idea within your price.

    • Last and silhouette options
    • Material and sole proposals, including stock components
    • Construction method suited to the style
    • The scope of design support is confirmed per project
  3. 03

    Prototype and approval

Prototypes turn proposals into a shoe you can hold and test.

    • First prototype on the agreed last and materials
    • Your comments applied in revision rounds
    • Fit and size-set samples once the design is settled
    • Pre-production sample approved as the bulk standard
  4. 04

    Branding and packaging

Your brand is applied to the developed design.

    • Logos on upper, insole, heel and outsole
    • Branded packaging to your artwork
    • Approved on the pre-production sample
  5. 05

    Intellectual property

Ownership of the developed design is agreed in writing before development.

    • Agree who owns patterns, lasts and moulds developed for you
    • Reference styles are starting points, not exclusive designs, unless agreed
    • We do not develop copies of other brands' protected designs or trademarks
  6. 06

    From approval to production

Once approved, the design follows the same production route as OEM.

    • Materials booked after order confirmation
    • Production checked against the approved sample
    • Final inspection and packing to your specification

Prices, MOQs and timings are not published because they depend on your specification; they are stated in your quotation. See what affects cost and time.
